Operations Technician – Join Us in Driving Sustainable Energy in Nynäshamn

We are looking for someone who:

Masters Swedish in speech and writing
Lives within about 30 minutes of Nynäshamn (due to on-call duty)
Has technical interest and experience in practical work

It is a plus if you have:

Experience from process industry or energy operations
Education in operations and maintenance, HVAC, welding, or automotive mechanics
Knowledge of water treatment, combustion technology, or pneumatics

Your Day at Adven

As an Operations Technician at Adven, you will work broadly within operations, maintenance, and process development. You are an important part of ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable energy production.

Your main tasks:

Monitor and optimize the operation of boilers and process systems
Conduct rounds, sampling, and report deviations in the maintenance system
Work with preventive and corrective maintenance
Participate in improvement work and contribute to the optimization of the facility
Be involved in assembly, simple soldering, filter changes
You will work closely with process operators and colleagues in operations. The work takes place both in the control room and out in the facility.

Working Hours and On-Call Duty

You will be part of a shift team with varying working hours (day, evening, and weekend). On-call duty is included approximately every fifth week.
